Sædalen-Fana was one of 191 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Adidas Cup 2021. They participated with one team in Jenter 17 (2005-2004).

In addition to Sædalen-Fana, 24 other teams played in Jenter 17 (2005-2004). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Sædalen-Fana could be found in Group G together with Askøy Sportsklubb and Førde IL.

Sædalen-Fana continued to Slutspill A after reaching 2:nd place in Group G. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Bogafjell Idrettslag -1 with 0-6. In the Final, Strindheim IL won over Tiller IL and became the winner of Slutspill A in Jenter 17 (2005-2004).

Sædalen-Fana comes from NESTTUN which lies approximately 300 km from Gjøvik, where Adidas Cup takes place. The area around NESTTUN does also provide 26 additional clubs participating during Adidas Cup 2021 (Among others: Sandviken, IL, Bjarg, IL, Minde IL, Sotra Sportsklubb, Gneist, IL, Varegg / sandviken, Fana Fotball, Nest-Sotra Fotball, Loddefjord IL and Smørås IL).
